When you start working with a new person, trust is high. Hope is too.
You trust and hope the person comes through the way you have talked about and image.

You also can experience some fear because you’re afraid expectations won’t be met, but if you keep your trust high (on a clean slate) and have a sincere hope for success, matched with your desire to help the person, guide and teach them, and fully hope they succeed then your fear is less and often disappears.

Trust and hope are excellent choices and good allies with which to lead.
