The phrase “to each their own” has been following me around for several days. I hear people using it, and it made me realize it’s about choice and how everyone has the right to individual decisions, preferences, and opinions as long as they don’t harm others by their choices.

There is a casual kindness in the words, not harsh judgment, that a person has a right to choose how they like to live – each to their own.

Say it a few times and see what the words do to you.
