The Gatekeepers are Gone

The gatekeepers (who were just doing their job) are no longer in power, so it’s much easier for us to publish our books and share videos, music, and art.
We can’t use them as an excuse for not achieving what we dream about and strategically plan. We can make our creative work a reality.
How?
– Figure out precisely what you want and ensure it is practical and achievable, then make it happen.
– Spot and create opportunities. Don’t wait to be discovered. Raise your hand, step out of line right into the spotlight, and let people know who you are and what you do.
– Take action and connect with others.
– Build trust.
– Be reliable.
– Show people respect.
– Let nothing derail you from your success.
– You have loads of options beyond one job, a resume, and some recommendations.
– Know your skills and use your passionate heart and mind to succeed.
– Don’t wait with fear and doubt.
– Be confident, take some risks, and ask for what you want.
