The Choice for Gratitude or Anger
by Michael Feeley
In business, we balance gratitude and anger.
Balancing is the choice to lead with gratitude or get stuck in resentment and irritation.
I’m grateful to work with people I trust, who come through with good work and meet goals and deadlines.
When promises made are broken and not honored, it leads to disappointment and anger and undermines our business’s trust and integrity.
Let’s remember the impact of our actions.
Making a choice is easy, but sticking to it can be hard because sometimes anger (even when justified) feels better and more powerful than gratitude. However, the benefits of gratitude are much healthier mentally and physically.
