Your story – who you are and what you do – is your brand, and your brand is your reputation.

Last year, I purchased two solar lights for the entrance to my garden from a reputable company. They worked great! Recently, one stopped working. I wrote to the company, and Tim responded immediately with questions and suggestions on how to solve this problem. After a few attempts, the light still didn’t work.

While the light was not bought through their approved distributor, Tim went to bat for me, and the company is replacing the lamp free of charge.

Your service choice takes care of your story, brand, and reputation or destroys it.
