Service and Care for People

LET’S BRING PEOPLE back to Customer Service – Customer Care – by focusing on helping humanity, another human being
who is like and different from each of us.
The words client and customer are traditional, but I prefer the depth, emotional connection, and compassion of people – service and care between and for people.
Helping – Enabling – Assisting with all of your mighty heart and mind, training, and life skills so that you can solve a problem for another human being and they can be at peace – feel relief – be hopeful – happy.
Service and care are choices; when you choose to serve people, it’s a personal choice to listen and act with goodwill because you can. You are able.
Not to read from a script or to let the person calling in or standing in front of you know they are thick and interrupting your life, but your ability to have practical and immediate empathy and be willing to do whatever it takes to get a positive result.
Service and Caring are two significant words that take work, risk, commitment, kindness, and pride.
