See Self-Doubt as Good

by Michael Feeley
Self-doubt can be a good sign.
Why not flip it and see self-doubt as something positive and not a weakness or painful feeling to suffer with because it’s pointing directly at something you want? Something you hope for, believe in, desire, and even love.
Maybe you have self-doubt about a new career move, committing to hire an editor to help you organize a book you’ve written, opening your own business, or learning how to work with video to promote yourself and your brand.
Study what your self-doubt is about. As you identify it, watch how knowing what you want and your abilities changes into confidence and activates self-esteem and strategy to move forward and try because something matters to you and is worthwhile.
Self-doubt is resistance, your inner bully trying to sabotage you.
Counter these negative feelings by seeing self-doubt as something inspiring, and don’t let it lock you down from achieving your dreams and goals.
