Respect how someone else works. It might be different and similar to how you do things, but it’s an opportunity to learn something new and perhaps even change for the better.

You might hire someone to help you weed, prune, mow grass, and rake up leaves. The person may use different equipment and techniques but will get the same result.

There are always opportunities to learn new things if we choose to observe and are open to change.
