Kindness is not just sweet sentiment off a greeting card. Kindness is tough stuff!

Kindness can be fierce and relentless especially if you’re trying to stop someone from hurting themselves — caring enough that someone else be true and kind to themselves in mind, body and soul.

Tough kindness is fighting for the best thing in somebody and that should include yourself.

Love is a force in kindness and I believe everyone is grateful for kindness and love.
