Take a few minutes and reflect on your work, the different jobs you’ve had, your training, the skills you’ve developed, your life experience, as well as the projects, services, and products you’ve created. What do you see and feel?

Lead with and embrace gratitude and pride as you reflect. Despite the challenges and room for improvement you also notice, it’s essential to recognize your authority and your positive impact on others. This is called job pride.

What holds up?

What was honest work not cranked out but heartfelt?

What more do you want to learn?

What kind of difference do you want to keep making?

You have more to do here and in other people’s lives.
