Gratitude is a Practice

Gratitude is more than a feeling of thanks and appreciation for someone or something.
Gratitude is also a practice. Something to be aware of, to not just feel but to grow by practicing it daily, often, whenever you can. Then, you’ll see the strength and power it offers you.
Practicing gratitude is never too much. You can’t wear it out, and you can’t run out of it. Gratitude is durable and limitless.
The more gratitude you express, the more you find to be grateful for.
