CALL IT RESISTANCE – Your Gremlin – Shadow Self – Imposter Syndrome – the hostile critic in every one of us that says: “You will never succeed. You’re just not good enough.”

It’s never the truth.

Learn to know this heckler because what stops it is understanding. You remove its negative power as soon as you see it working in you, and usually, it crops up and gets ferocious when you are close to meeting your goals and dreams.

Your achievements are much more valuable than your sense of failure.

Learn to honor and magnify your successes – be a kind and accurate critic of where you can do better and go after that good news.
