> What kind of service do you choose to give?
> When people read your endorsements, what do you hope they feel and do?
> How important is it for you to solve problems and get results for people?
> How do you want people to talk about you?
I’m thinking about trust, reputation, accountability, commitment, creativity, generosity, caring.
There is no guaranteed formula for success and happiness, but you can make choices to build respect and do work you like and work that people value.
There is a pattern you can see. You can test and practice the pattern to know what works well for you, the people you serve and where you can improve.
Trust the pattern and trust yourself.
Ask:
> Why do I do the work I do?
> What effect does my work have on people?
> What change does my work create?
