Become a Master of Gratitude

YOUR SENSES ARE built for gratitude. If you listen to your body – really pay attention – you will experience gratitude
in many precise and moving ways.
> You like hearing someone speaking
> You read words that move you
> You’re surprised by a smell
> You taste your favorite food
> You hug someone you love
Hearing – Seeing – Smelling – Tasting – Touching – all your bodily senses accurately respond and fill up with gratitude and love and happiness and pleasure and tears and overwhelm and awe and a million other things and feelings – even fear and disgust have gratitude to them.
There’s a chain reaction of gratitude happening in you all the time.
Gratitude is a choice and a skill you can practice.
Gratitude is healthy.
It feels GOOD! It will never harm you.
So why not give into the pleasure of gratitude all the time and become a master of gratitude.
