An Intentional Life
by Michael Feeley
YOU HAVE A Life; what you do with it is your choice.
You don’t always choose what happens to you, but you get to decide how you respond. That means you take responsibility for your well-being – happiness – even success.
It’s called an intentional life, where you make deliberate choices – living with purpose – based on your values, beliefs, and dreams.
Living an intentional life is an exciting choice. It’s empowering to decide what you want and then set up a practical plan to achieve your goals – what aligns with your soul.
It’s as simple as making sure the things you love are priorities in your life – how you use your time – vacationing every year with your family – doing work you’re proud of – exercising – eating and sleeping well – caring about others.
Intentional living helps us create a positive mindset, to be more focused, committed, and grateful.
Why not make a plan to live intentionally?
