THERE ARE RUMORS and gossip, and then there is the truth.

It’s easy to get caught up in rumors and gossip (most of the time, they are none of our business), but wanting to know the facts and sticking to the truth – reality – will never let you down.

There’s freedom, confidence, and power in truth.

And – there’s also the possibility that you may not like the truth.

I often think of Gloria Steinem’s words and the title of one of her books:

“The truth will set you free, but first it will piss you off.”
