YOU HAVE A purpose on this earth and with your life.

Call it destiny – reason to be – your North Star that pulls together all the threads of your life.

Please – listen to your body, senses, and instincts because it’s always guiding you.

Your body is your compass, your GPS helping you realize your dreams to live your best life and then help others do the same.

Trust your body.

Trust that the universe is always plotting your success.

I wholeheartedly agree with Dr. Martha Beck when she says:

‘The body is this faithful servant that is always trying to serve as a compass to turn us toward our North Star.’
